Refund Policy

Last updated: June 2026

1. Merchant of Record

All payment transactions, orders, and subscriptions for Quinvy are processed through our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. As the Merchant of Record, Paddle handles all payment processing, tax compliance, customer service inquiries, and refund disbursements in compliance with international consumer protection laws.

2. Refund Eligibility & Conditions

We strive for complete customer satisfaction while maintaining fair usage standards. Refund requests are evaluated under the following guidelines:

  • Unused Accounts / Accidental Charges: If you purchased or renewed a subscription and have not used any Pro features (such as generating invoices beyond the free tier or sending automated reminders), you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Feature Usage Limit: Refunds are generally not applicable if you have actively used Pro features or consumed system resources under the active subscription cycle.
  • Technical Failures: If a technical issue on our end permanently prevents you from accessing paid services and our technical team cannot resolve it within 7 business days, you will receive a full or prorated refund.

3. Timeframes for Refund Requests

Standard refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date for evaluation by our support team.

4. Processing & Review Timeframe

Submitted refund requests will be reviewed and evaluated by our support team within a maximum of 7 business days. Once approved, funds will be disbursed via the original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, or Bank Transfer), taking an additional 5 to 14 business days depending on your bank or issuing card network.

5. Subscription Cancellations vs. Refunds

Please note that canceling your subscription is distinct from requesting a refund:

  • Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future automatic renewals while allowing you to retain access to paid features until the end of the current paid billing cycle. No refund is issued for past billing cycles.
  • Refund: Returns the purchase funds and immediately terminates access to paid features for that billing cycle.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We encourage users to reach out directly to our support team or Paddle prior to initiating a bank chargeback or payment dispute. Filing an unverified dispute may lead to immediate suspension of your account and organization workspace. We are committed to resolving any billing discrepancies amicably and promptly.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us with your "Transaction Reference ID" from the billing history (e.g. xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx):
