By accessing or using Quinvy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to form a binding contract and use Quinvy.
Privacy Policy: Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the collection and use of information as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
Quinvy provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform designed for creating and managing invoices, tracking payments, and managing client data. We are a software provider and do not act as your accountant, financial advisor, or tax agent. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the invoices you generate using our platform.
Certain features of Quinvy are provided under paid subscription plans. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
As our payments are processed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record, all refunds are subject to their processing capabilities and policies. However, Quinvy enforces the following specific refund conditions:
As a user of Quinvy, you agree to:
Your Data: You retain full ownership of all data you input into Quinvy, including your client lists and invoice details. By using our service, you grant us a license to host, store, and process this data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
Our IP: Quinvy and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
In no event shall Quinvy, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Quinvy, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms of Service or your use of the Service, including, but not limited to, any tax fraud, money laundering, or illegal activities conducted using invoices generated through our platform.
While we strive to provide a highly reliable service, Quinvy does not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service may occasionally be unavailable during scheduled maintenance or due to unforeseen technical issues. We are not liable for any revenue loss, delayed payments, or damages resulting from service interruptions.
Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or internet service provider failures.
Quinvy integrates with various third-party services (e.g., Google OAuth, Cloudflare Turnstile, Paddle). We do not control these third-party services and are not responsible for their performance, uptime, or security. Your use of these integrated services is subject to their respective terms and conditions, and we shall not be held liable for any data breaches or failures originating from third-party systems.
Quinvy provides a software tool for generating and managing invoices. We are not a financial advisor, tax agent, or accounting firm. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the invoices you create comply with your local tax laws, collecting any required taxes (e.g., VAT, GST, Sales Tax), and reporting your income to the relevant authorities. We disclaim any liability for your failure to comply with tax or financial regulations.
By using our Service, you grant Quinvy a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use your company name, logo, and trademarks solely for the purpose of identifying you as a customer on our website and in other promotional materials. If you do not wish to be listed as a customer, you may opt-out at any time by contacting our support team.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions of these Terms will continue in full force and effect.
