Dashboard Overview
When you log in to Quinvy, the first thing you see is the Analytics Dashboard. This page provides a comprehensive overview of your business’s financial health, helping you track revenue, monitor outstanding invoices, and identify payment trends at a glance.
1. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Section titled “1. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)”At the top of the dashboard, you will find four main metrics:
- Total Revenue: The total amount of money (not including tax) you have successfully collected all the time.
- Total Published: The total value of invoices that have been issued but are not yet paid.
- Total Overdue: The total amount of money from invoices that have passed their due dates.
- Avg. Payment Time: The average number of days it takes for your clients to pay an invoice after it has been issued.
2. Cashflow & Revenue Composition
Section titled “2. Cashflow & Revenue Composition”- Last 6 Months Cashflow: A line chart showing your revenue trends over the past half-year. This helps you identify seasonal trends or growth patterns.
- Revenue Composition: A pie chart breaking down your total invoice values into Paid (Green), Published (Yellow), and Overdue (Red).
3. Client Performance
Section titled “3. Client Performance”Quinvy analyzes your clients’ payment behaviors to help you manage risks:
Top Clients by Revenue
Section titled “Top Clients by Revenue”A leaderboard of your most valuable clients based on total revenue generated.
Client Reliability Score
Section titled “Client Reliability Score”Each client is given a Reliability Score based on their payment history.
[!TIP] Clients earn +10 points for on-time payments, but face a heavy -20 point penalty for late payments, plus additional deductions for every day an invoice remains overdue.
Best Clients vs. Red Flag Clients
Section titled “Best Clients vs. Red Flag Clients”- Best Clients (On-time Payments): Clients who consistently pay before or on the due date.
- Clients to Watch (Frequent Delays): Clients who have a history of late payments.
Client Churn Risk
Section titled “Client Churn Risk”Quinvy automatically flags clients who pose a high financial risk, such as those with consistently late payments or very high overdue amounts.
4. Invoice Insights & Reminders
Section titled “4. Invoice Insights & Reminders”- Invoice Aging Summary: A breakdown of unpaid invoices by age (e.g., <30 days, 31-60 days, 90+ days). This is crucial for prioritizing debt collection.
- Monthly Payment Delay Trend: Tracks whether your clients are taking longer or shorter times to pay month-over-month.
- Reminder Overview: At the top of your dashboard, you can quickly see how many reminders have been sent and the general Success/Failure rate of your automated reminders.
