Organization Settings
Your organization profile represents your brand on all invoices sent through Quinvy. Keeping it updated ensures a professional experience for your clients.
Profile Details
Section titled “Profile Details”In the settings menu, you can update your organization’s core details:
- Company Name: This appears at the top of your invoices.
- Contact Information: Ensure your email and phone number are up to date.
- Logo: Upload your company logo. We automatically compress images before upload to ensure they load quickly on your clients’ devices.
Billing and Plans
Section titled “Billing and Plans”Navigate to the Billing Tab to manage your Quinvy subscription.
- View Current Plan: See your active plan and its limits.
- Upgrade: Need more features? You can upgrade your plan directly from this tab. We support seamless transitions so you won’t experience any downtime.
- Invoices for Your Subscription: Download receipts for your Quinvy subscription payments.
Security and Privacy
Section titled “Security and Privacy”Quinvy takes your data seriously. Sensitive identifiers and organization details are protected using advanced hashing and normalization techniques, ensuring your business data remains private and secure.
